About ChangeMaker Studios

ChangeMaker Studios are a purpose-driven video agency that collaborates with global brands, organisations, and talent to create impactful content. From social impact storytelling to branded campaigns, we produce films and content that inspire change.

We work on so many amazing projects and now we’re looking for someone to help us communicate this! We’re looking for a proactive, ambitious marketing & social media intern to support our social media strategy, content and client projects. This role is perfect for someone eager to break into the creative industry, particularly with aspirations to grow into a marketing/ social role.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Working closely with the founder – Gain firsthand experience in video production, client management, and marketing while supporting key business initiatives.

  • Social Media Management – Manage and help grow Changemaker Studios' LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok channels, including developing content strategies, producing content from shoots, scheduling posts and engaging with audiences

  • Content Creation – Capture behind-the-scenes style content from shoots while developing engaging post ideas.

  • Account Management – Support in maintaining client relationships through calls and email, ensuring smooth communication and project updates.

  • Email Marketing & Project Support – Assist with marketing campaigns and project coordination.

  • Industry Research & Market Insights – Conduct market analysis, track industry trends, and identify new opportunities.

  • Client Work – Support on video shoots, assist with phone BTS, and contribute to client projects. Knowing camera basics is ideal.

Who We’re Looking For

  • A self-motivated individual who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication skills, as you’ll be engaging with talent, clients, and our team.

  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Proactive in executing tasks independently while collaborating effectively within a team.

  • Passionate about storytelling, video marketing, and branding.

  • Understanding of how to shoot video on iphone

  • Understanding of how to shoot photography with a DSLR/ Mirrorless camera

  • Experience with social media marketing, content creation or project coordination is essential
    (please don’t apply if you don’t have this).

  • Strong interest in the creative industry

  • A laptop is required for remote work.
